When we meet, we’ll do a walkthrough of your home together, take measurements, and provide more information about our company. Your detailed, customized quote is written up on-site and typically takes 60–90 minutes. We always review the proposal with you before leaving.
3. Scheduling & Planning
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll schedule your project and plan out details such as color samples, wood repairs, power washing, and timelines. A 25% deposit is collected to secure your spot, with the balance due upon completion once you’re fully satisfied.
4. Pre-Job Walkthrough
On the first day, we’ll meet with you and our crew to confirm scope, products, and expectations, ensuring everything is clear before work begins.
5. During the Project
You’ll receive daily updates on what was completed, what’s planned for the next day, any challenges, and a full cleanup before we leave each evening.
6. Final Walkthrough
When the project is finished, we’ll take you through a final walkthrough to confirm everything meets your expectations. We don’t close out the job or collect final payment until you are completely satisfied.
